In the event of a power outage, our inverter can support lights and fans for up to 8 hours, ensuring a comfortable environment.

Network Connectivity:
All major mobile networks have good connectivity in the area, ensuring you stay connected throughout your visit.

AC Facilities:
All bedrooms and common areas are equipped with Hot & Cold ACs, providing climate control for your convenience.

House Rules:
Please observe the house rules, including no loud music after 10 PM, restricted alcohol consumption areas, and no smoking inside the villa.

Guest Count:
Ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

ID Requirements:
Valid ID proofs of all guests may be requested at the time of booking and upon arrival.

Foreign Nationals:
Foreign nationals are required to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

Refundable Deposit:
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in, refunded while checking-out if check-out time is adhered to and guest count remains unchanged.
